The layout is super spacious, open, airy and bright with giant floor to ceiling windows looking over a park. What was especially beyond my expectation was The building's amenities ohh my goshhh.... I’ve never seen this in any other Airbnb’s I’ve stayed at before --- they have conference rooms, free coffee, a gym, a stunning rooftop, a beautiful lobby with concierge, billiards table, super fast wifi, parking, A small but cute yoga studio, a huge tv, maybe 55 inch in the rooms and lounge, refrigerated delivery lockers and I can literally go on and on. Check-in and out was flawless and the hosts checked in on me which is a huge plus for me. They were also very quick to respond if I ever had a question. I had a fabulous stay, I don’t travel to Yale that often but when I do, I know where I’ll be staying!! Thank you for an amazing stay! read less

Self check-in and check-out were super easy and convenient, and everything was perfectly clean, niche and thoughtfully set up to make you feel like you are in a 5 star hotel only --- with a kitchen a washer dryer a real living room and all the amenities of a luxury building (gym, spin class, yoga, conference rooms, rooftop lounge......)

This is an extraordinarily beautiful and well-appointed apartment in a stunning, amenity filled building. There is a super-lux bedroom with a very comfortable mattress that I had to message Hyatus about so I can get it for my own place!! The bed also had tons of great pillows and a really comfortable comforter. As for the living room, the couch is luxurious and relaxing, and the back of the couch folds down into a really comfortable bed. The armchair is also cozy and high-quality and it turns into a bed too!

This will certainly be my first choice when visiting again!!! read less
